About

ValetBodyWork

Paul is a native Houstonian whose professional life allowed him to call home Denver, Seattle and now the high desert of Tucson.  Paul’s first competitive love was speed skating and he competed on a national level for over 15 years.  Speed skating eventually took Paul to competitive road cycling and triathlons.

Paul studied the art and science of therapeutic massage at Arizona School of Integrative Services (ASIS) in Tucson, Arizona.  The intensive, 800 hour, full-time program approached bodywork from both a holistic and science-based approach.   Comprehensive studies in Anatomy & Physiology and Kinesiology provided a strong foundation in knowledge of the body, its systems, strengths and opportunities.  Paul is currently licensed and in good standing with the State of Arizona.

Paul is fully credited and practiced in Deep Tissue Techniques, relaxing and invigorating Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release and many other modalities.

Your session will begin with a short but thorough conversation to determine what is going on with your body and identifying injuries and problem areas so that a custom treatment plan can be determined.

Paul’s philosophy with Therapeutic  Massage is one of creating space within the body for the body’s structure to return to a natural state.  This is accomplished by utilizing a combination of techniques to open, lengthen and relax the various muscle groups.  Click the Contact button or call Paul directly at (520) 240-9278 to schedule your appointment today.
